Mist Management provides YouTube channel management and related creative services, including but not limited to video editing, scriptwriting, content strategy, and marketing support for content creators ("Services"). The Site is informational in nature and is used to showcase these Services. The Site does not currently offer e-commerce functionality, online payments, or user account creation.
2. No User Accounts or User-Generated Content
The Site does not require or offer user account registration. Visitors cannot post, upload, or publish content of any kind on the Site. Any engagement with Mist Management's Services occurs outside of the Site, such as through direct communication, contracts, or other agreements between you and Mist Management.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including the Mist Management name, logo, branding, graphics, text, layout, and design — is the property of Mist Management, LLC, unless otherwise noted, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Any third-party trademarks, logos, or content referenced on the Site (including YouTube branding) remain the property of their respective owners.

The Site may reference, describe, or showcase past client results, channel growth, or performance outcomes achieved through Mist Management's Services. These references are provided for illustrative purposes only. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Individual outcomes vary based on numerous factors outside of our control, including but not limited to platform algorithm changes, audience behavior, content niche, market conditions, and client-specific circumstances. Mist Management makes no guarantee, warranty, or promise, express or implied, regarding specific results, subscriber growth, view counts, revenue, or any other performance metric for any client or prospective client.
5. Third-Party Links
The Site contains links to third-party websites and platforms, including the YouTube channels of our clients and the websites of businesses we partner with, such as public relations, legal, and accounting firms. These links are provided for informational convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or joint venture beyond the business relationship described on the Site.
